Zula LLC is a Washington-based limited liability company established to provide compliant digital asset custody and transfer services in the United States. We hold supported cryptocurrencies on behalf of identity-verified customers and process customer-initiated transfers under federal and state financial regulations.

What we do

Custodial cryptocurrency wallet accounts — we hold supported digital assets on behalf of customers in identity-verified accounts.
Digital asset transfer services — we process customer-initiated outbound transfers to compliant external wallet addresses, subject to AML/KYC controls and sanctions screening.

This platform is designed for compliant digital asset custody and transfer, not for speculation or investment activity. Zula LLC does not operate a cryptocurrency exchange and does not provide trading, brokerage, staking, lending, or investment products.

Our mission is to operate a transparent, fully regulated custodial service for digital assets in the United States. We believe that customers and the financial system are best served when:

Compliance comes first. Anti-money-laundering, customer due diligence, and sanctions controls are designed into every step of the customer relationship — not added on after the fact.
Regulatory standing is verifiable. Every claim we make about our licensing can be independently checked on official U.S. regulator websites.
The scope of service is honest. We are a custodian and a transfer provider. We are not a trading venue, a broker, a lender, or an asset manager — and we do not market ourselves as such.

Zula LLC is registered with the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as a Money Services Business and is licensed by the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions as a money transmitter.
