Custodial wallet and digital asset transfers

Zula LLC provides two primary services to identity-verified U.S. and international customers: a custodial cryptocurrency wallet and transfers of supported digital assets.

Custodial wallet services

A custodial wallet is an account in which Zula LLC holds your supported digital assets on your behalf. Customers do not need to manage private keys directly. Each account provides:

A single dashboard view of all supported holdings
Per-asset deposit addresses for incoming transfers
Account-level transaction history and statements
Tier-based withdrawal limits subject to identity verification

Supported assets at launch include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and U.S. dollar pegged stablecoins (USDT, USDC). The list of supported assets may change over time.

Digital asset transfers

Customers may initiate outbound transfers of supported digital assets to compliant external wallet addresses, subject to applicable transaction limits and screening. Each transfer is reviewed against the controls described in our AML/KYC Policy before being broadcast.

On-chain network fees are paid by the customer at prevailing network rates
Transfers may be temporarily delayed or declined for compliance review
Transactions to sanctioned addresses or jurisdictions are not permitted

Fees and limits

Network fees may apply to on-chain transfers and are passed through at cost
Transaction limits depend on identity verification level
Services may not be available in all U.S. states or jurisdictions

Customers can review applicable fees and limits within their account before confirming any transfer.

What we do not do

Zula LLC does not provide investment advice, asset management, brokerage services, or any form of yield, lending, or staking product. We do not offer derivatives or margin trading.
